STMC has always been committed to providing customers with high-quality cryogenic deflashing machines to meet the diverse processing needs. The main focus of this upgrade of the machine operating system is on the MCGS touchscreen. Currently, the MCGS touchscreen is compatible with Mitsubishi PLC, and compatibility with Xinjie PLC will be added in the future.
The MCGS touchscreen has added the following three functions:
1. Production parameter storage (Figure 1.2)
2. Fuzzy parameter (Figure 1.3)
3. Production cost calculation (Figure 1.4)

1、Click the “Production Parameter” button to enter the program, where you can add, modify, or delete parameters. After modification, remember to save for quick retrieval of the same parameters for the next use. When searching for parameters, simply enter the parameter name to quickly locate it.

The previous question is: “Selling point: One-time input, permanent access, no need to repeatedly fill in parameters, simple and convenient operation, easy to use. Target customer groups: Customers who are not proficient in operation and are new to the introduction of edge trimming machines; Customers with a wide variety of products and numerous parameters.”
The current question is: “Click the fuzzy parameter button to enter the program, select the material in the drop-down box, select the corresponding value based on the burr thickness of the edge trimming product in the drop-down box, and then click the first parameter search button. The system will provide the corresponding fuzzy parameters. Test the edge trimming with the fuzzy parameters. If the first result is OK, you can ignore further searches. If [DB] appears, it means there are multiple edges, indicating the presence of burr residue; if [QK] appears, it means there is a gap, indicating product damage. In both of these cases, further parameter searches are required. Please note that the parameters obtained from the fuzzy search are for reference only and do not represent their exact values.”

3、When you click the cost calculation button to enter the program, you need to fill in the equipment model, projectile type, product number, freezing temperature, freezing time, auxiliary time, product input weight, product input quantity, liquid nitrogen price, electricity cost, projectile price, and consumption. Clicking calculate will provide the total cost per hour, the trimming cost per kilogram of product, and the trimming cost per individual product.
