Safety Operation Notice of Cryogenic Deflashing Machine

1. The nitrogen gas emitted from the cryogenic deflashing machine can cause suffocation, so it is essential to ensure proper ventilation and air circulation in the workplace. If you experience chest tightness, please move to an outdoor area or a well-ventilated space promptly.

2.  As liquid nitrogen is an ultra-low-temperature liquid, it is necessary to wear protective gloves to prevent frostbite when operating the equipment. In the summer, long-sleeved work clothes are required.

3.  This equipment is equipped with driving machinery (such as the motor for the projectile wheel, the reduction motor, and the transmission chain). Don’t touch any of the equipment’s transmission components to avoid getting caught and injured.

4.  Do not use this equipment to process flash other than those from rubber, injection molding, and zinc-magnesium-aluminum die-cast products.

5.  Do not modify or improperly repair this equipment

6.  If any abnormal conditions are observed, please contact STMC’s after-sales service personnel and perform maintenance under the guidance of them.

7.  The equipment at a voltage of 200V~380V, so don’t perform maintenance without cutting off the power supply to prevent electric shock. Don’t arbitrarily open the electrical cabinet or touch electrical components with metal objects while the equipment is running to avoid accidents

8. To ensure the normal operation of the equipment, don’t arbitrarily cut off the power or close the equipment’s circuit breaker while the equipment is running

9.  In the event of a power outage while the equipment is running, don’t forcibly open the cylinder safety door lock to open the main door of the equipment to avoid equipment damage.
