Maintenance of Cryogenic Deflashing Machine

Daily Maintenance Check
1. Inspection and cleaning of the media magazine body and the upper and lower media delivery ports.
2. Visual inspection of the equipment’s appearance, various connection parts, and the liquid nitrogen supply system for any abnormalities before operation.
3. Inspection of the media delivery pipe and exhaust pipe to ensure there are no cracks or loose connections.
4. Confirmation of abnormal noise and vibration during normal operation.
Note: If the equipment needs to run continuously for more than 8 hours per day, it is necessary to allow the equipment to undergo corresponding performance recovery and warm-up operation after running for 8 hours. For specific operating procedures, refer to section 5.7 to ensure that the equipment can demonstrate good performance when put back into operation.
Weekly Inspection
1. Disassemble and clean the vibrating separator (except for the motor part).
2. After disassembling the vibrating separator, check for any damage to the filter screen or poor tension of the separator.
3. Check and clean the nylon layering joint to see if there is any blockage caused by flying debris.
Monthly Inspection
1. Reach into the working compartment and gently rotate the projectile wheel by hand to see if it can rotate smoothly. Check other parts for abnormalities by touch and visual inspection. (Must be done with the power cut off)
2. Check for damage to the sealing strip (with heater) on the door of the working compartment.
3. Check for any loosening of bolts and screws in various parts.
4. Observe if there is any looseness in the swinging drive part of the barrel.
5. Check the bearing oil seal and internal condition of the barrel drive shaft (presence of foreign objects, gear wear, etc.).
6. Remove the hoses at the media inlet (large) and outlet (small) of the vibrating separator and check for damage. Also, check for wear on the fastening straps.
7. Check the wear of the impeller rotor and blades inside the throwing wheel.
Annual Inspection
Use soapy water to test the airtightness of the liquid nitrogen supply system inside the equipment at atmospheric pressure. At this time, the main power supply needs to be cut off, and please do not wet the electrical system. Please use cotton yarn to completely wipe off the sprayed soapy water.
