How to trim polyurethane damping blocks?

Regarding rubber product trimming technology, it has always been an area worth exploring. STMC has been deeply involved in the cryogenic deflashing machine industry for over 20 years. Along the way, we continuously improved our technology and innovated our products, developing a customer base of over a thousand companies and receiving unanimous praise from domestic and international customers.

Today, a customer from Pakistan came to our company to personally verify the cryogenic deflashing  effect of polyurethane damping blocks. The product we demonstrated for the customer is a 67.5g white polyurethane damping block, and the testing machine used is the NS-120T. The customer participated in the entire testing process.

Before the test, we introduced the NS-60, NS-120, and NS-180 models to the customer in sequence. Based on the product features, the customer showed more interest in the 120 and 180 models. Prior to the test, we invited the customer to observe the product edges, then placed the test product and other products awaiting edge repair into the cryogenic deflashing machine. After closing the chamber door, we set the parameters, and once the settings were complete, the  machine started running.

Ten minutes later, the cryogenic deflashing machine stopped running, indicating the completion of the deflashing process. We then removed the products and compared them with the samples before deflashing.

The deflashing is excellent, with no residual burrs and a smooth product surface. The customer took photos to record the results and asked questions based on the principles of the cryogenic deflashing machine during operation, with accompanying personnel providing explanations. The entire process of product introduction, on-site demonstration, and observation of the results took less than half a day, clearly demonstrating the efficiency of the cryogenic deflashinig machine.

We sincerely invite customers from rubber injection molding enterprises to visit our company for guidance!
