Engineers from Showa Denko in Japan are coming to our company for an on – site visit and inspection.

From March 26 to 28, 2025, a team of technical engineers from Japan’s Showa Denko visited our company for a three-day inspection and exchange. The main goal of this visit was to dive deep into discussions about upgrading and optimizing cryogenic deburring technology and related machinery.

During their stay, both sides had thorough technical discussions focusing on cryogenic deburring machines, their components, and key equipment like liquid nitrogen manifolds. Thanks to Showa Denko’s strong expertise in cryogenic deburring, their engineers shared cutting-edge technical insights and hands-on experience with our team. We exchanged ideas on how to improve efficiency, precision, and other challenges that come up in daily production, working together to explore innovative solutions.

When it came to liquid nitrogen manifolds—a critical part of the cryogenic deburring process—safety, stability, and precise flow control were top priorities. Our teams had in-depth discussions on performance enhancements, covering everything from design principles to practical operation tips.

This visit gave us fresh perspectives on cryogenic deburring technology and machine upgrades. The face-to-face discussions not only strengthened our mutual understanding but also laid a solid foundation for deeper collaboration in the future. We’re excited to apply what we’ve learned from this exchange, pushing for breakthroughs in our cryogenic deburring tech and equipment—and contributing even more to the industry.
